By accessing the website at http://www.jenemstudio.com/, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on JENEM STUDIO's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

9. ORDER POLICY/SHIPPING POLICY

CUSTOM ORDERS
 

The artist can usually alter a current design or artwork to fit your needs; please contact me if you are interested. Please note that there will be an additional custom order charge for altering a design.   

 

Returns Exchanges and Cancellations

JENEM gladly accepts returns and exchanges for ONLY JEWELRY ITEMS at this time.

 

Contact me within:  5 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

 

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns can't be accepted for:

Returns and exchange details

If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return unworn items within 5 days of receipt (this policy excludes custom orders). Please contact JENEM STUDIO before you mail your return. Items MUST be returned in unused condition in the original packaging (gift box). Returned items must be shipped insured mail (return shipping and insurance will be paid by the customer). Returning a piece via a trackable service (such as UPS or USPS Priority) is highly recommended. Items lost in the mail are not refundable. The cost of the piece, less original shipping cost, will be refunded, or you can exchange the piece for one of equal value (but you will need to pay for shipping). Custom or customized items may not be returned.

 

Payment

JENEM accepts credit card payments through Stripe, or through PayPal, a secure online payment system that accepts all major credit cards. You can make a payment through PayPal even if you don't have a Paypal account. Items will not be shipped until payment has been cleared.

SALES TAX: Georgia residents will have 7% sales tax added to their order total, including shipping. Please note that shipping charges are also taxable in Georgia.

 

Shipping

US/JAPAN CUSTOMERS:

Most items ship within 3 to 14 business days (not including weekends and holidays) after your payment has cleared. Please check the item description for the estimated production time, as most items are made to order.
Shipping charges include delivery confirmation and insurance.

Delivery time for first class packages varies, but generally packages generally arrive within 10 days after shipping. Please allow at least three weeks for your package to arrive before it is declared “lost.” If a package does not arrive within three weeks, please contact me.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
All orders are trackable. The buyer is responsible for any duties or customs fees.

PACKAGING:
 

Artwork-Giclee Art Prints are sent individually bagged.  Please let us know if you would like a custom message to be added.

Jewelry-Your jewelry purchase will come packaged in a gift box tied with a ribbon. Included is a bag for storage of your jewelry. Multiple items will be combined into one gift box unless specified otherwise. The gift box will be shipped in a padded envelope, or a small cardboard box for larger orders.

 

Additional policies and FAQs

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY
 

Do not store your pieces in the open air, or they will tarnish. To remove tarnish, please use a polishing cloth. There are also other methods to remove tarnish; contact me if you have questions.
